मुंबई डांस बार मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट से बार मालिकों को राहत मिली है. कोर्ट ने सरकार के कई नियमों को रद्द किया. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि शाम 6.30 से रात 11.30 बजे तक डांस बार चल सकता है. कोर्ट ने अपने आदेश में कहा कि बार बालाओं को टिप दिया जा सकता है लेकिन बार बालाओं पर पैसे या सिक्के नही उड़ाए जाएंगे. कोर्ट ने सरकार के उस फैसले को रद्द कर दिया जिसमें बार बालाओं के डांस और लिकर सर्व होने की जगह को अलग करने का आदेश दिया गया था. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने डांस बार को स्कूल और धार्मिक संस्थाओं से 1 किलोमीटर के दायरे में रखने के आदेश को भी रद्द कर दिया.
