Philly is Ugly (timelapse)

Tropical Storm Gordon swept over south Florida on Monday, September 3, dumping torrential rains across the peninsula and the keys. Gordon is now expected to become a hurricane just before landfall on late Tuesday or early Wednesday.

The National Hurricane Center issued a hurricane warning from the Alabama-Florida state line to the mouth of the Pearl River on the Mississippi-Louisiana state line.

Time-lapse footage has emerged from the US of winter storm Stella hitting a suburb in Philadelphia.

The video, captured outside a home in Lansdale, shows snow falling throughout Monday night and into Tuesday morning as the blizzard hits.
