I’m at Herban Quality Eats (in 4K, no less) enjoying some good tasting, good for you grilled chicken with roasted broccoli and Thai curry farro.

Your meal consists of:
1 base
(Himalayan red rice, Seasoned organic greens,
or Chilled whole wheat noodles)
1 protein
(Grilled chicken, Backyard steak, Roasted salmon,
or Vegan Jawns)
2 sides
(Sweet potato mash, Thai curry farro, Roasted broccoli,
Roasted asparagus,or Spruce salad)
and 1 sauce
(Herbed tomato sauce, Walnut Coriander,
or Herban hot sauce)

I had the grilled chicken on chilled whole wheat noodles
with Thai curry farro and roasted broccoli (no sauce)
and it was delicious.

This week I’m at 12th St Cantina, where I’m having some tasty beef tacos.

Inside the Reading Terminal Market, 12th St Cantina serves tortas, burritos, enchiladas, ensaladas, homemade salsas, fresh tortillas, and a full line of Mexican groceries – no-nonsense Mexican food made well.

I stuck with the basics, steak soft tacos with lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo (OK, I might have had some hot sauce too).

All told it was awesome – especially since the tacos only cost around $4 each.
