The Philadelphia Police Department has released footage of suspects in the July 18 kidnapping following the discovery of the abducted man’s remains.
A woman has been arrested after police said she and an unidentified accomplice blew up an ATM inside a Philadelphia beer store. While dangerous and destructive, the blast was ultimately unsuccessful, as not a single dollar left the machine, police said. No one was injured as a result of the blast. According to authorities, a man was captured on surveillance camera entering the store with what bomb technicians later identified as an M-1000 explosive.
