Philadelphia police are attempting to find the parents of a child who was the victim in an attempted abducting. Police released video of the incident in which a man attempts to take a baby from a stroller on Tuesday, April 4.

Police said the parents’ faces are blurred in the video but they are “hoping to hear from them or someone with knowledge of this incident.” The parents left the location before police arrived, and the offender was on location when officers arrived, police said.

Police did not say if arrests were made in the case.
