Jay-Z Upset With Philadelphia Mayor After ‘Made in America’
Is Moved Jay-Z’s Made in America Festival has
been held on the Benjamin Franklin
Parkway in Philadelphia since 2012. Mayor Jim Kenney has decided this will
be the last year that the festival will
