This time I’m at Bobby’s Burger Palace, one of Bobby Flay’s restaurants,
located in University City in Philadelphia.

The Crunchburger is a classic cheeseburger (cooked medium)
with potato chips as a topping. Looks different, tastes great!

The fries are more like Belgian pomme frites than shoestring fries,
served as they are with a creamy fry sauce with a little southwestern heat.

Top it off with a diet soda, And That’s My Lunch!

where I had the Chop House Classic

This week, I find a great honest to God sauce on top square pizza place right in my back yard.

I’ve been here before for a cheesesteak, but I didn’t know just what I was missing not ordering their signature square pizza.

A couple of Yelp reviewers were down on it because it wasn’t L&B’s in NYC. I get that, but a round trip to L&B’s for me is at least 6 hours, so I’m perfectly content with a 5-10 minute bus ride to get some pretty freakin” amazing square pizza.

(Spicy, shredded beef, slowly braised for hours in a blend of chipotle pepper adobo, cumin, cloves, garlic and oregano until tender and moist.)
