Take a tour of Resort Town of Cabo San Lucas in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico – part of the World’s Greatest Attractions travel video series by GeoBeats.

Once a small fishing village, this town at the end of the Baja California Peninsula has gained prominence over the past half century.

Cabo San Lucas is now an amiable resort town and is among Mexico’s premier recreational destinations.

As the state of Baja California Sur’s second largest municipality, its rapid economic development in recent years has resulted in a burgeoning city.

El Arco de Cabo San Lucas is a natural rock formation and a gathering place for Mexico’s sea lion population.

In the 1970’s, the government of Mexico invested in its infrastructure to make this little known area a vacationer’s paradise.

With its hilly landscape, great resorts, perfect white beaches and a multitude of activities to choose from, Cabo San Lucas has become a vibrant city.

From bizarre rock formations to lovely bird sanctuaries, desert wilderness to glamorous amenities, this Mexican city encompasses all.

Lucas Cook’s debut self-titled EP is toe-tapping, head bopping music that makes you feel good! These five songs are a solid representation of his song writing style and love for getting listeners on their feet. As a performer, Lucas has seemingly infinite energy and a knack for engaging any audience and ‘morphing’ to the gig, keeping fans on their toes every night.

On-air talent at Eagle Radio, Cyndee Campbell says: “Lucas’ music is a funky blend of all the best. Hooks, story and a sweat beat. ‘I-35’ is a winner!”

In September 2010, Cook, released his first single: “Austin State of Mind” to the Texas Music Charts; in partnership with Brock Publicity and Promotions. This up-temp tune is pretty indicative of the feel-good vibe that Lucas infuses into his work and his shows. The up-tempo tune has been known to elicit a foot-tap from the most stoic characters and truly conveys the energy and vibe that we have come to love from Lucas Cook. Tito’s Vodka agrees and has featured “Austin State of Mind” on their website, a testament to the ‘Texas feel’ of Lucas’ music.

In March 2010, Lucas Cook signed a publishing agreement with Firstcom/Universal Music Publishing. The four original songs were record with producer Stephen Doster, and release to TV and film placement, fall 2010.

“Lucas has the drive and determination to go far in this business. His songwriting captures that good time feeling we are all seeking when we turn the radio on.” Tiffini Brock, Brock Publicity and Promotion
