According to Bucks County Courier Times and The Intelligencer reporter JD Mullane, who has been covering the trial from inside the courthouse, Gosnell is guilty of three of four counts of first-degree murder. He was aquitted in one of the babies deaths.

Ending seven years in office, Philadelphia’s top prosecutor on Thursday pleaded guilty to a federal bribery charge and resigned his post.
The guilty plea ended a two-week trial. The 50 year old former Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams was indicted in March on 23 charges including bribery and fraud.

A nun has been found guilty of drinking and driving. Witnesses say they watched Sister Kimberly Miller driving erratically last year in the Philadelphia area and crashed her car into a business. Police arrested the nun after failing a sobriety test. Attorneys defending Miller say the nun was driving in her sleep after taking Ambien with a glass of wine at bed time. She said she suffers from sleepwalking and has no memory of the incident.
