Rappers Meek Mill and 50 Cent unexpectedly turned their feud into a beef over the Flint water crisis.

Meek Mill and 50 Cent are now beefing over Flint’s water crisis.

The feud between the two hip-hop stars took a bizarre turn Tuesday when they traded Instagram barbs over the impoverished Michigan city’s public health emergency — but only one said he would do something to help the cause.

The odd online spat came amidst local protests, and national scorn, over Flint’s poisoned water system, which has mostly affected the city’s poor, black areas. Cost-cutting measures for the city’s water supplies years ago have led to tens of thousands of residents finding lead in their bloodstreams, including 4% of Flint’s children, health officials said.

This actual crisis coincided with a considerably smaller conflict: 50 Cent and Meek Mill waging a war of words (and poor grammar) with each other on social media.

Activist Raspy Rawls, out of the blue, told the two to focus on bigger things, tweeting Monday: “Somebody tell @MeekMill & @50cent the ppl in #Flint #Michigan could use some water.. Their lives depending on it.. #DontWasteEachOthersTime.”

One day later, Meek Mill was ready to show off his good will.

The Philadelphia rapper wrote on his account: “I got 50k to donate to waters … Let’s see if we can have @50cent match me! I’m pretty sure ‘flint’ supported us!…I ain’t got the tine posting memes and s—“ (sic).

Not one to be outdone, Fiddy fired back at Meek on his Instagram page — without exactly saying he would help out with Flint.

“You know you only trying to donate so you can try and use it in court (s—)head,” the Queens rhymer wrote.

“You don’t have money to give away. When Nikki (Minaj, Meek’s girlfriend) find out you playing with her money boy,oh boy your in for it” (sic).

Flint native Michael Moore returned to his hometown to join protests over poisoned water.

It is unknown if either rapper has actually sent cash or resources to Flint. Reps for Fiddy and Meek did not return requests for comment.

50 Cent once owned a stake in VitaminWater, and earned more than $100 million for it when Coca-Cola bought out the company. He filed for bankruptcy last year during a lawsuit over the rapper posting a sex tape online featuring a Florida mother.

The rappers aren’t the first celebs to say they’ll lend a hand to Flint. Cher tweeted that she would send “181,000 Bottles of water” there. Flint native Michael Moore returned to his hometown — which was the subject of his first film, “Roger and Me” — to join protesters over the weekend, though it’s unclear if he has given any donations.

President Obama has pledged to send $5 million in relief to Flint over the next 90 days.
