Ingredients :

• 250gms paneer
• 1/4cup corn flour
• Salt to taste
• 1/3rd cup water
• 2tbsp Schezwan sauce
• 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
• Black pepper for seasoning
• 1cup boiled noodle
• 2tbsp cornflour

Description:

• Cut paneer into finger like strips
• Take a bowl add corn flour and salt to taste, add some water,schezwan sauce,ginger garlic paste,black pepper for seasoning mix well and keep aside
• Now coat the paneer with this mixture and keep aside
• Now take a bowl add boiled noodles in it and add some corn flour in it and mix well with hand
• Now coat the paneer with this noodles and deep fry in oil until golden brown
• Serve hot with schezwan sauce

For palak paneer rolls :

Note panner means Cheese

Ingredients :

• 1 tbsp Oil
• ½ cup onion
• 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
• 1 tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1 tsp red chilli powder
• 1 cup Tomato
• ½ cup water
• 1 cup spinach
• 250 grams paneer
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp Amchur powder
• 1 tsp Garam Masala
• 1 cup wheat flour
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp Oil
• ½ cup Spinach ( Blanched and pureed )
• Chaat Masala

Description:

• Take a pan keep it on a slow flame and add oil , onion , ginger garlic paste , turmeric , coriander powder , red chilli powder , tomato , water , spinach , paneer , salt to taste , amchur powder & garam masala stir well and cook for some time & keep aside.
• Now Take a bowl add 1 cup wheat flour , salt to taste , Oil & Spinach( Blanched and pureed ).
• Make a dough out of it and make small roundels of it
• Roll it using pin roll
• And cook it on a pan
• Then place the paneer mixture on it with red & yellow bell peppers add some chaat masala and roll the methi paratha

Cheese Steak Recipe Video ~ My Town Philly Cheesesteaks\r

INGREDIENTS\r

1 sirloin steak that is partially frozen\r
1 green bell pepper sliced\r
1 onion sliced\r
salt and pepper\r
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce\r
Emerils steak rub or any steak seasoning you like\r
Cheese\r
Rolls\r
\r
Some people use ribeye but I cannot afford ribeye.\r
So, we are using sirloin.\r
\r
While partially frozen slice the steak across the\r
grain in very thin slices.\r
Place meat in bowl and add 1 tsp of steak seasoning,\r
Worcestershire sauce and salt/black pepper. Mix well\r
and set to the side.\r
\r
In large skillet on medium heat add 2 tbsp oil, \r
onions and peppers. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Push to \r
one side and add your meat. Cook for 3-5 minutes \r
until the meat is almost done. Start stirring \r
the vegetables and meat together. Cook for an \r
additional 2-3 minutes and remove from the heat.\r
\r
Place steak/onions/peppers in rolls and top with \r
cheese. \r
\r
Place in preheated 400 degree oven for 5 minutes\r
or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.\r
\r
Let rest for a couple minutes before cutting or\r
eating.\r
\r

Voici la recette du Cheese Cake, en portion individuel. Une recette parfaite pour 4 cheese cakes, très ressemblants à ceux du Starbucks. A base de Philadelphia, le fromage idéal pour un cheese cake.

Pour 4 personnes :
– 60 g de biscuits
– 40 g de beurre
– 200 g de philadelphia (un pot + un kiri)
– 25cl de crème fraîche
– 2 oeufs
– 25 g de sucre
– citron, fruits rouges, confiture

Préchauffer votre four à 180°C. Mixer très finement les petits beurres. Mélanger avec le beurre fondu et tasser le tout au fond des moules.
Battre le Philadelphia Nature, la crème fraîche, les œufs et le sucre. Verser dans les moules et enfourne pendant 30 minutes à 180°C puis 30 minutes à 120°C. Laisser reposer dans le four éteint, porte ouverte, pendant une heure.
Mettre au moins 4 heures au réfrigérateur.

Vous pouvez également réaliser un seul gros cheese cake, pour cela il faut multiplier la recette par deux.
