Combined Events Decastar 2014 After 3 Events Men

PHILADELPHIA — Lower Merion police have been on the hunt for a man accused of defecating in a library stairwell since December. Thanks to Facebook users, they’ve tracked down a suspect.

On Dec. 17, surveillance video taken at Ludington Library in Bryn Mawr shows a man walking through the building, and entering the stairwell. Once in the stairwell, the man proceeds to drop his pants, and do his disgusting deed. With no decent leads in the investigation, the cops published the surveillance video to Facebook on Jan. 25. Within hours, the suspect was identified.

Lower Merion Police Department has issued its thanks to the public for its help, and has since taken down the video. The case remains under investigation, and it still has yet to be determined what the man’s motive might have been.
