EYE: “The Secret of Perspective” … Gothic Industrial GraveWave Acid-Rock from Australia… Sort of like an orgy of Tool, The Sisters of Mercy, The Tea Party, The Chemical Brothers, Einsturzende Neubauten, Axl Rose and Gary Numan; all doing it together over a slowly bubbling acid-trip-hop beat … with a message about how the thoughts we (choose to) focus on can shape our lives: “what you get is what you see; what you see is what you get”… All instruments were played live including the tb303 synth-bass; all apart from the MIDI-triggered intro beat… Other key influences include shoegazer grebo bands like Loop and Spacemen 3.
