A Philadelphia doctor is sentenced to serve three life terms for murdering babies during late-term abortions and other crimes at his clinic.
In a deal that spared him from the death penalty, 72-year old Dr. Kermit Gosnell, 72 — was convicted Monday in a case that included testimony of a clinic worker who testified that the doctor had delivered live babies during botched late-term abortions and cut their spinal cords.
The jurors spoke publicly for the first time on Wednesday
