Police officers are posted around downtown Philadelphia as protestors arrive for a hot day of marches and rallies leading up to the Democratic National Convention. Several demonstrations are planned for the day, including an anti-fracking march and a march of Bernie Sanders supporters. Temperatures are expected to reach the high 90s. The city will provide free water and misting stations.
