Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls. It’s all in the name. Ingredients: 1 Chopped Yellow Onion 1 Chopped Green Bell Pepper 1 lb. Thinly Cut Steak Provolone Olive Oil Pepper Egg Roll Paper In a pan over a medium heat cook your onion and bell peppers with a little olive oil. In a separate pan cook your steak strips with pepper and salt to taste. Add your veggies and steak to a bowl and mix in some provolone. Lay down an egg roll paper and add your mix to the middle leaving room on the sides. Fold in each side, then the bottom upwards, then roll to the top. Fry your rolls until golden and enjoy!
