According to reports, a man identified as 58-year-old Philip Reitnour was discovered dead in Philadelphia’s Schuylkill river. An Entrepreneur, Reitnour appeared in 2014 on “Shark Tank,” the reality TV series in which aspiring contestants make business presentations to a panel of “shark” investors. Reitnour pitched his EmergenSee app on the show, technology which enables smartphone users to provide live streams of their emergencies and locations to rescuers – but was unable to strike a deal.

On Thursday night Philadelphia’s School Reform Commission voted to begin steps to dissolve itself. The decision paves the way for a return to city control for the nation’s 8th largest school district after 16 years. Three of the five commissioners voted in favor of dissolution. One was opposed and one abstained.

400 calorie limit for 75% of pre-packed sandwiches
5g limit of saturated fat per 100g in meals
5g limit of added sugar per 100ml in drinks
54% NHS staff estimated to be overweight or obese
In April, NHS England said it would ban sugary drinks if hospital outlets did not cut down on the number they sell.
Simon Stevens said the NHS was “stepping up” to combat an issue
that was causing “an epidemic of obesity, preventable diabetes, tooth decay, heart disease and cancer”.
A Welsh Government spokesperson said: “We restricted the sale of chocolate bars
and other sugary products from vending machines in Welsh hospitals nine years ago.

“Super-sized” chocolate bars are to be banished from hospital shops, canteens and vending machines, NHS England says.
“In place of calorie-laden, sugary snacks we want to make healthier food an easy option for hospital staff, patients and visitors.”
