If you’re looking for someplace where a love of mayonnaise is taken seriously, you’ll want to go to Japan. That’s where mayonnaise is taken super seriously. After a successful run last year, there are special, limited-edition mayonnaise cafes, featuring Kewpie Mayonnaise, opening in both Tokyo and Nagoya this year. Kewpie bottles of mayonnaise will adorn the cafes along with healthier foods in a bid to get visitors to eat more vegetables.
