Let’s head to Philadelphia now – and what’s being described as the largest public art project in the US for a decade. One the city’s major thoroughfares is celebrating its centenary. An artist from China – who helped organise the opening and closing ceremonies at the Beijing Olympics – has found an unusual way to mark the event. Tim Allman explains.
