Tea and alcohol: two things that don’t sound like they go together. But one bar in Hong Kong has made blending the two their sole mission.
At Tell Camellia, all the cocktails are made with tea-infused alcohol. And they do it themselves, using machines and methods from molecular gastronomy.
We went to try some of their cocktails and got an inside look at how they blend tea and alcohol.
