A filmer captured heavy snow falling in Philadelphia as a second nor’easter hit the East Coast on March 7.

“The second nor’easter in a week is expected to trigger commuter headaches and snarl travel Wednesday across much of the northern Mid-Atlantic and Northeast,” NBC News reported.
