The Court of Appeal has ruled that Catholic weekly The Herald cannot use the word ‘Allah’ to refer to ‘God’.
In their judgment, Mohamed Apandi said they found that the use of the name ‘Allah’ is not an integral part of the faith and practice of Christianity.
