Congressional Republicans have gathered in Philadelphia—where President Trump landed today—for a multi-day retreat at the Loews Hotel near City Hall, sparking widespread anti-Trump protests across the city. Protesters first began gathering on Wednesday night, the first day of the retreat, for an LGBT dance party. The number of demonstrators swelled by noon on Thursday, when Trump arrived for the conference.
